Day 4

So today is day 4. Thus far I have written down every morsel of food that has touched my lips, even the bite of crispix my son insisted I taste. Although I have not really started exercising yet I am still seeing some results. I have more energy, I feel better and most of all I feel confident I can do this. I have not really felt hungry as I have been eating a healthy 1800 calories and drinking about 12 glasses of water a day.

Monday is the big weigh in. I am hoping for a good loss to help build up the confidence and get things going. The last time I did this, I lost 5 pounds the first week. 5 would be incredible. I know after the first couple of weeks it slows down and the pounds will come off slower.

Monday I am also hoping to get some measurements done as well as a before picture. I will be sure to post it once I get it.
